Really good stay
thorough cleaning daily arrangement varied breakfast
My room was cleaned very well each day. Mr Ali and supervisor Mr Ajith did a fantastic job. They were both very fast and thorough. I especially appreciated Mr Ali's attention to detail when arranging everything. The breakfast had many options (the fruit selection was excellent).
I noticed that some staff members were occasionally not as attentive as i would have liked.

i liked the breakfast and the staff attention. the neighborhood had a nice atmosphere. i noticed a family friendly vibe there. i would consider a return visit.

The location and the facilities met my expectations.

the gym had the basics, so that was acceptable.
I found the check-in process frustrating. there was only one person at the counter, so i waited over 30 minutes in a long queue (that's ridiculous!). the staff member was also slow and seemed unprofessional. It reminded me of my time was not valued.
